Summary

The Filter module allows you to practice yet another type of synthesis; subtractive synthesis. It allows you to shape your sound on a per voice or several voice level, which is pretty friggin sweet. And when it's paired with some modulation, it can add some very needed frequency complexity to your static or uninteresting sounds. We'll talk more about using the filter with modulation in a later lesson. For now let's break down the parameters.
